We guarantee the quality of our flutes. Here is our straightforward return and replacement process.
7-Day Replacement Guarantee
We stand by the tuning and quality of our bansuris. If you receive a damaged flute or there is a genuine manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- The flute must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Customized flutes (with name engravings or custom threading) are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged.
- Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection are not accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at ravidhandhukiya@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect or damage. Alternatively, WhatsApp us at +91 9714111189. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
